The Commission asked the Estonian Telecoms regulator to withdraw its proposal to compute regulated fees which the dominant operator can charge other operators to use its broadband infrastructure.
The Telecom operator’s project has been deemed by the European institution as “unfit” to achieve price stability in the Estonian markets nor to sustain the objectives of the digital agenda.
